About Micah
Educator, researcher, and futurist

He works at the intersection of practice and research as an educator, consultant, and professor specializing in planned change and innovation, learning theory, project management, and organizational behavior. His focus is the adoption of innovation through cultures that embrace change, and his Fusion Model, from his doctoral research, guides schools through that change with intention.
